The Re-Work Notice is configured as a tool for insertion and reintegration into post-emergency Covid-19 work, through the analysis and enhancement of the skills possessed and the requalification towards the profiles sought by the regional labor market, with activities carried out by the public network -private employment services, including Università dei Sapori, where, upon completion of the activities that will be activated, important incentives are envisaged in favor of companies interested in hiring final recipients.
A project to which the University of Flavors and Tertiary Innovation have joined with enthusiasm and which they support by working as an intermediary reality between the companies and the beneficiaries of the notice itself with orientation activities for aspiring trainees, specific training and the activation of training internships of the maximum duration of 4 months and paid by the Notice itself with a job grant of € 600,00 per month.
On the business side, on the other hand, companies and their consortia, associations, foundations and their consortia, cooperatives and their consortia, individuals exercising the liberal professions in individual form can take advantage of the hiring incentive measure provided for in this Call. associated or corporate, other legal entities and private bodies which, on the basis of their structure and organization and the rules governing them, are interested in stabilizing and hiring aspiring trainees with apprenticeship or permanent contracts.
Based on the profiling class assigned by the Employment Center, the value of the Umbrian Voucher for Work (BUL) that will be assigned is established and the incentive also varies according to the profiling class of the recipient of the BUL, with figures ranging from € 3000,00 and € 6000,00 in the case of employment with an apprenticeship contract and between € 6000,00 and € 12000,00 in the case of a permanent contract.
To date, the project is in the first phase of implementation and the University of Flavors and Tertiary Innovation are developing the various active employment policy services envisaged, services that can be activated throughout the regional territory.
