Bartoccini Fortinfissi at the cooking school at the Università dei Sapori

A fun cooking experience for the women's volleyball players Bartoccini Fortinfissi Perugia, who this morning were guests of Università dei Sapori, accompanied by the technical staff, led by coach Andrea Giovi, and by the company staff.
First the team – welcomed by the coordinator of Università dei Sapori George Bistarelli – visited classrooms and laboratories, meeting students attending professional education and training courses. Then they all went to the kitchen laboratory where, wearing aprons and hats, they became chefs for a day, under the guidance of the "real" Chef and University of Flavors professor Catia Ciofo. The menu included the creation of pasta and chickpeas with prawns, a recipe in line with the needs that a sportsman's diet must respect, and a simple biscuit with strawberry and ricotta filling.
For the volleyball players led by captain Imma Sirressi, an experience lived with so much joy and enthusiasm, and also with excellent results, which were then enjoyed all together.

The president of the University of Flavors greeted the team Stefano Lupi, who underlined the strength and positivity of the message transmitted by the young athletes, even before their results, with the commitment and passion they put into their sporting career, an example for all young people, who can find in sport a resource to get out of uncomfortable situations. The president then underlined his satisfaction with a collaboration that he hoped would be increasingly intense with the Bartoccini Fortinfissi company: already in recent weeks UDS had hosted the team's sponsors for an evening of cooking and fun, with the players guests at the dinner time.

Lupi presented company representatives with a chef's uniform customized for the president Antonio Bartoccini, which was exchanged for a team shirt. And in the end, between one laugh and another, everyone enjoys the lunch made by willing hands but certainly more expert at throwing and crushing balls than at cooking!
