Quality policy

Università dei Sapori, a leading company in the professional training and consultancy sector in the food sector, intends to consolidate and develop its market position through its quality system and make the services offered to its customers measurable.

In particular, on the Professional Training front, all the activities provided to our users are designed, organized and delivered so that the educational paths lead to the acquisition of knowledge and skills that can be concretely spent in the job market.

For this reason our users are accompanied by Università dei Sapori in every phase of their growth path: from the initial orientation during the choice of training courses, to the training delivery phase, to support in entering the world of work.

Furthermore, Università dei Sapori is aware that the concept of customer must necessarily be broadened since the effects of a training activity benefit not only individual participants, but an entire "system": families, companies, public financing bodies, entities all of them, in a more or less direct form, qualify as customers.

Aiming at customer satisfaction understood as a "system" materializes for Università dei Sapori in the pursuit of various objectives, all equally important, such as:

  • The professional growth of direct users, a factor capable of determining in turn better employability or an improvement in the individual working situation: all this with a natural impact on the territory in terms of social impact.
  • The constant guarantee of an adequate response to the needs of companies to find trained, competent and updated resources.
  • The contribution, through compulsory training initiatives foreseen by the reform of school cycles, to professional training and individual growth.
  • An effective collaboration with the public funding bodies in terms of feedback on the results of the training activities carried out: the aim pursued is to be a useful tool for connecting the indications of the funding bodies and the needs expressed by the trained people and the world of Work.
  • Enhancement of the territory through the use of typical products, narrating their origins, history and their evolution.
  • The organization of events aimed at promoting Italian food and wine and its excellence.
  • The organization of events aimed at spreading Italian food and wine culture and its excellence abroad.
  • Constant technical support for companies in the food sector, from production to processing, sales and administration, aimed at updating staff, defining new formats and commercial repositioning.

In pursuing these objectives, Università dei Sapori bases its activity on these key actions:

  1. Systematic analysis of training needs aimed at developing skills and carried out in collaboration with the client system;
  2. Definition of specific paths (training and/or consultancy) based on the needs of companies;
  3. Systematic evaluation of the results of training and/or consultancy;
  4. Systematic analysis of customer expectations and satisfaction.

 

On these assumptions, Università dei Sapori defines its strategic guidelines for quality.
