Herbal Mixology is a first level course in extraction techniques dedicated to all б who wish to take their knowledge to the next level.
In three days of full immersion we will deepen the characteristics and peculiarities of edible plants, medicinal herbs and spices, through a path that recovers spagyric, alchemical and monastic knowledge. Thanks to the rediscovery of ancient knowledge, we will enrich and expand the world of high mixology.
We will use state-of-the-art extraction tools throughout the course such as Cirano stills – extractors for essential oils and hydrolated waters.
