Course description

The Cook Assistant course allows you to acquire all the skills necessary to work as a kitchen assistant in a restaurant and delicatessen. The course intends to contribute to increasing and improving employment in the panorama of trade and tourism services, favoring the investment of companies in the sector in qualified human capital. Università dei Sapori responds to the need of companies to introduce adequately trained young people into the catering sector, able to follow market trends, especially with a view to raising the quality level. Each participant who has attended 75% of the course program will receive a certificate of qualification as a Kitchen Assistant - Cook Assistant upon passing the final exam.
