Thanks to the resources made available by the FOR.TE. for the professional training of employees, University of Flavors and Iter, the training agencies of Confcommercio Umbria, have developed a catalog of FREE COURSES to choose from.
The courses available concern mandatory training on Haccp and safety in the workplace, but also English and vocational training for both commerce and tourism.

WHO CAN JOIN THE FOR.TE.
All companies, with at least one employee, which are required to pay INPS, through UNIEMENS or DMAG, the 0,30% share for their employees (mandatory DS contribution for involuntary unemployment).
HOW TO JOIN
Joining FOR.TE. it's free, it does not involve any cost either for the company or for the workers. Joining is simple, just indicate in the UNIEMENS report (ex DM/10), mandatory since January 2010, the “FITE” membership code in the section Contribution Position, Company Report, Interprofessional Fund, Membership, and - to follow - write the number of employees (managers, office workers and workers) affected by the obligation
contributory.
WHEN TO JOIN
Joining FOR.TE. it can be carried out in any month of the year and is valid until revoked
