Course description

The course allows you to acquire all the essential skills for working as an assistant chef in restaurants and delicatessens.
The Catering Technician operates by carrying out his activity of production of semi-finished products and bases for the production line of the dishes on the menu.
It supports the Chef in the preparation of the dishes and manages the rearrangement of the equipment, the storage and conservation of raw materials.
